SELECTION POLICY

1. Selection of Security Personnel be made as per the below given Standerd:

a. Minimum Height – 5’5″
b. Minimum Weight – 50 Kgs.
c. Minimum Chest – 35″ with expansion 37″
d. Medical category – AYEONE for ex-servicemen and fit for civilian. as per the certificate of the competent authorities.
e. Eye Sight – Preferably 6/6
f.  Age Р18 to 50 Years

2. Education Standard:

a. Security Guard – Minimum Qualification as per Laid Down Rules & Regulations & As per standard above.
b. Security Supervisor: Minimum SSC/HSC standard passed and above.
c. Security Officer: HSC/Graduate or equivalent in case of ex-servicemen.

3. Additional Qualification And Expericence:

a. Security Guard: Trained or experienced.
b. Security Supervisor: Suitably trained or wit h I year experience in Security Dept.
c. Asst. Security Officer/Security Officer: I to 2 years experience in supervisory cadre.
d. Armed Guards – Valid arm license with permitted arms and ammunition.
e. Body Guard – A martial art/Karate/Boxing/Wrestling trained.
f. Lady Searcher – Matriculate/experienced with minimum 5’4″ height mentally & physically fit.
